This ailment is often called Premenstrual syndrome (PMS). False diet, weak digestion, emotional stress, high salt intake hormonal fluctuations, minerals (especially Iron) & vitamin deficiency are some of the causes behind  PMS. Our experience says that chicken from poultry farms is the major threat for endocrine / menstruation disorders among women. Seeking Allah’s Help, we have designed an herbal blend “Tybb™ – PMS” that will help against menstrual cramps & other symptoms seen in PMS. This blend is a beautiful combination of Tibb-e-Nabawi herbs & Subhanallah all of which are high in minerals. Dried Thyme, Rehaan (Basil) leaves, dried Mint, and marjoram are the highest in Iron.·Dried Basil leaves, mint & celery seeds are the highest in Magnesium. Dried Basil leaves, Marjoram, Thyme, Celery seeds, and dill seeds are the highest in Calcium. They will provide essential minerals & they also fix digestion problems. Avoid “PMS” during pregnancy and those women suffering from heavy menstruation.

To address iron deficiency during pregnancy, it’s recommended to consume iron-rich foods in moderation. Nutritious options such as lamb, liver, Molokhiya, and Beetroot soup with Barley can help support healthy iron levels without overdoing it.

During pregnancy, taking dried Thyme (ground) should be limited to half a teaspoon on alternative days, divided into 3 portions & given with every meal. When I checked Ibn Al Qayyam, he discussed Tamath ~ طمث which is “menstrual cramps” in Arabic language & probably defined later as  “PMS”. He recommended the following for Tamath: Honey Marjoram Celery seeds Izkhir ~ found abundantly in the Arabian desert but rarely available elsewhere.

Dosage: A teaspoon before breakfast & dinner, preferably with Honey Sharbat.

NOTE: Avoid this herbal blend during pregnancy & if you suffer from heavy menstruation.
